RETURN POLICY
Less Fat believes in customer satisfaction. We stand by our products and we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you find any unwanted issue in one of our products, we will find a solution for you. This includes any manufacturer defects like boils, scratches or other damages. If this occurs we will send you a replacement for free or we will refund your money back if this is what you prefer.
If you require a replacement, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the issue along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can while sending the defective images). Please contact us at info@less-fat.com ; we will be happy to assist you.
We provide prepaid shipping labels to send product(s) back to us. You must bring the product in original packaging back a local shipping provider to send it back to us.

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
